Location, location, location! All our vacation condos at 123Maui must meet our strict location requirements. Our condos are all oceanfront locations and well located between Kaanapali and Kapalua. We have been vacationing in Maui for 25 years and we all found the quaint towns of Kaanapali and Kahana make for a more laid back, Hawaiian feel. Our condos are minutes from shopping, dining (some on-site dining ), and the best beaches in the world. The west side is perfect for golfing, hiking, snorkeling, paddle boarding, kayaking, whale watching or just taking in the sun. You can even enjoy exhilarating activities like, Zip-Lining, ATV exploration, Horseback riding, or bike down Haleakala! The west side offers great trails to explore with amazing views. Honolua Bay overlook is a must stop, but even better if you venture into the water and snorkel. One of the best spots in the world!

All our luxury units are air conditioned, upgraded, well furnished, and richly decorated with local artwork. You will appreciate upgraded kitchens that are fully equipped for the gourmet chef. All bedrooms have been outfitted with new furniture and afford luxury mattresses. From the moment you enter your vacation condo, you will breathe in the most sensational resort and ocean views and note the professionally decorated surroundings. When we buy a unit, we paint, completely replace all the flooring, fixtures furniture, art, decor, and upgrade the kitchen with stainless steel appliances, including dishwasher, range, microwave, and fridge equipped with filtered water and ice makers. Should you grow weary of all the fabulous restaurants the west side of Maui provides, enjoy a home cooked meal or barbecue at sunset.

🤙🏽Pool and Beach Package featuring pool towels provided poolside, plus we leave you extra- large beach towels for days you travel away from the resort, and collapsible cooler perfect for the road to Hana or beach days. (Other items like beach chairs and boogie boards we leave but not guaranteed)
🤙🏽Entertainment Package featuring free wireless internet, house phone, cable tv service, and high- definition flat screen smart tv(s) with HDMI ports to connect your personal video cameras, DVDs, etc. Plus, we provide a separate DVD player and an "Alexa" to listen to your favorite Hawaiian tunes.
🤙🏽Children’s Package featuring plastic cups/ dishes/ utensils, and upon requests a portable Pac ‘n Play (bring your own baby sheet), We can also refer you to a baby supply company that will deliver to your unit. Conveniently located with parking on site and in-unit washer and dryer make for a convenient carefree vacation.
